Tuition Schedule and Billing Information for the 2012-2013 School Year

$5,600 annual paid at $560.00/month for 10 months (August-May)

$5,860 annual paid at $586.00/month for 10 months (August-May)

BILLING INFORMATION: CCS has an agreement with FACTS Tuition Management Company to manage the collection of tuition. This program is beneficial for parents and the school. FACTS enables families to choose a reasonable payment plan with various payment options, and enables CCS to maintain a strong, consistent cash flow to meet the educational and personnel obligations of operation. With FACTS parents will have the option of making tuition payments by electronic debit or credit card. Parents can choose to make a single lump sum payment, or 10 equal monthly payments. Additionally, once you have enrolled with FACTS Management you will have on-line access to your account information 24/7. There is an annual set-up fee of $45.00.
TUITION ASSISTANCE: CCS has a tuition assistance program in keeping with the mission of the school to serve as many families as possible who desire an education for their children that is distinctly Christian. However, in order to apply for Tuition Assistance, CCS must receive a completed enrollment form along with a $25.00 non-refundable application fee made payable to CCS. We provide two types of assistance as shown below.
CCS's Finance Committee will continue to be the ultimate decision maker, but the decisions are made easier because they are based on solid analysis of key factors in the financial lives of our families and the amount of scholarship funds available.
Tuition Discount Available for Siblings - The oldest child's tuition will be paid at the full rate, while the second and additional siblings will receive a 10% tuition discount.
$250.00 Tuition Discount Extended for Single Lump Sum Payment made on or before August 1. By paying the full tuition in a single lump sum payment you will also avoid paying the annual $45.00 FACTS set up fee. Single lump sum payments are made directly to CCS, and may be paid by check or credit card (Visa or Mastercard).
$125.00 Tuition Discount will be granted for semi-annual tuition payments made on August 1 and December 1. A $62.50 discount will be applied to each of the semi-annual payments.
K-8 Extended Day Care - Before and after school day care is provided for K-8th grade students at $4.00 hour. See Parent Handbook for more details.
