Tuition Schedule and Billing Information for the 2008-2009 School Year

Grades K through 5

$4,800 annual paid at $480/month for 10 months (September-June); or $436.36/month for 11 months (August-June).

Grades 6 through 8

$5,100 annual paid at $510/month for 10 months (September-June); or $463.64/month for 11 months (August-June).

Registration Fee (non-refundable)

$250 if paid on or before March 1, 2008
$300 if paid on or before May 1, 2008
$350 if paid after May 1, 2008

A non-refundable minimum $100 deposit for each student must accompany the Enrollment Form in order to secure enrollment status. The $100 deposit will be applied towards the Registration Fee (i.e., it is not in addition to).

BILLING INFORMATION:  CCS has entered into an agreement with FACTS Tuition Management Company to manage the collection of tuition for the 2008-2009 school year.  This program is beneficial for parents and the school.  FACTS enables families to choose a reasonable payment plan with several payment options, and enables CCS to maintain a strong consistent cash flow to meet the educational and personnel obligations of operation.  With FACTS parents will have the option of making tuition payments by check, electronic debit or credit card.  Parents of K-8th grade students can choose to make a single lump sum payment, 10 equal monthly payments, or ll equal monthly payments.  Additionally, once you have enrolled with FACTS Management you will have on-line access to your account information 24/7.

TUITION ASSISTANCE:   CCS administers a tuition assistance program in keeping with the mission of the school to serve families who desire for their chidren an education that is distinctly Christian.  We provide two types of assistance as shown below.

  • Need Based - For families whose financial circumstances will not allow them to meet the monthly cost of tuition.  Awards are based on an objective assessment of the family need.
  • Ministry Scholarship - A scholarship of 10% of the annual tuition costs for up to two students in a family is offered if the primary income source is from a Christian ministry registered with the IRS as a 501c3 organization.  A letter from the ministry is required to verify employment.

Tuition Assistance Applications are available in the School Office.  A copy of last year's IRS Form 1040 along with a letter of explanation of need is to be submitted along with the completed Tuition Assistance Application.  The Finance Committee will review the application and render decisions based upon the amount of scholarship funds available.  See CCS Tuition Assistance Policy and Application for further details.

Tuition Discount Available for Siblings - The oldest child will receive a 10% tuition discount.  Additional assistance may be requested on a need basis.  See above.
