Mrs. Cotter is a dynamic teacher with a background in child development and special education. She holds a B.S. in Child Development Studies from California State University, Fullerton, and dual teaching credentials from Concordia University. With experience ranging from preschool to high school, she brings creativity and energy to her work at CCS. She also coaches JV volleyball and enjoys crafting and spending time with her goldendoodle.
